First and foremost it looks like there was no effort put into this at all. You don't explain anything, grammar in some areas is iffy. You should also explain the traits that make you so good, just listing them isn't enough, same with what makes a team. Like what does make a team? You listed some things with a brief description, also I would personally like you to talk more on why you want to be a helper. From what it looks like you don't have a real reason you have a generic response that doesn't say too much on what your wanting to do on the staff team or rather "help" with on the staff team.
