[*][b]What do you think makes an event great (Minimum 1 paragraph)?[/b] [*]I think that the main concept that makes an event great is immersion. Immersion is what brings players into the game and makes them feel as if they are actually apart of the Star Wars universe and that is so important. If you are immersed it creates a ton of rp. If the players are immersed in events it makes the event just so much better, because they feel like that are doing some important and what they do will have consequences that feel real. Without immersion an event is just going into a place doing /me and holding down left click and the occasional r. With immersion though you are actually there you are saving the hostage, killing droids, repairing comms, etc. Immersion in events are the most important thing, because even with the most planning and high quality NPCs you do not accomplish anything. That is why immersion by having RP encounters and having events be flexible with event character reacting to the player is so critical. [*][b]In a google doc, please show how you would plan out a full off-world event. It should include event characters, have a story etc. and list out everything needed from characters to how many GMs need to be spawned.
